Whose bright idea was it to go the Ft Worth Zoo on half price day, during spring break?? Oh yeah, I guess it was mine. The kids had a blast, but it was extremely crowded. We heard later that a record was set last Wednesday with over 26,000 people in attendance. I don't doubt it!! We had to park about a mile away, and it was pretty hard to get around inside. And, in typical Carr fashion, Blake threw up in the car on the way there. He didn't feel great, but was definitely a trooper!! We had a really good time hanging out with the Bradley's and the Zimmerman's. We are trying to get in a lot of quality "friend" time before we head to Wichita Falls. Here a few snapshots of the kids at the zoo, and a few animals they liked.
All the GIRLS!!! Mai, Abby, Kiersi, Kayden, and Ava. We didn't plan on the girls matching, but it sure helped when trying to keep up with all of them!!
The flamingos were Abby's favorite animal at the zoo. She loves to try and stand like them.
